Budget Meeting Minutes April 26, 2012

Crow High School 7:00 PM

7:07 PM Meeting was called to order by Board Chair, Dean Livelybrooks. Present were Directors, Jeff Ramp, Doug Perry, Darren Willits and Troy Wilson who arrived a little late. Budget Members present: Rob Herbison, Kyle Rolnick, Don Gleason, and Steve Wickwire. Absent Budget member Patrick Dearth.

Election of Budget Chair

Moved by Steve Wickwire, seconded by Doug Perry and carried 8-0-2 to elect Don Gleason as Budget chair for 2012/2013 CAL Budget committee.

Administrative Budget Consultant- Dr. Eileen Palmer read the Budget Message and spoke to the board and budget committee regarding the budget and to prepare for a lean budget year.

The Budget was reviewed up to Board of Education 2310 Budget area and the meeting was adjourned at 9:07 PM.

Next meeting is scheduled for May 17, 2012 at Crow High School 7:00 PM.
