What to do..

CHECK IN / WELCOME TABLE

• Receive student/family packet as you arrive
• 6th Grade Orientation Forms should be dropped off here

REGISTER

• If you have NOT registered prior to arrival, you may do so in the Lecture Hall Computer Lab. Staff will be available to assist you.

PAY FEES

• If you have NOT paid fees prior to arrival, you can either:

HAVE PICTURE TAKEN

• CES, NMS and CHS Students (including seniors) should have their picture taken in the Gym. Koshkonong Trails students will have their pictures taken on Picture Retake Day, September 28.
• No purchase is necessary.
• If you decide to purchase pictures, you have 3 options:
  • Print a paper order form (below) and bring (w/payment) to photo station
  • • High School Picture Order Form
    • Middle School Picture Order Form
    • Elementary School Picture Order Form

VISIT RITEWAY BUS SERVICE (Bus Company)

• All students eligible for bus transportation should clarify bus intentions and receive route information

VISIT OUR SCHOOL NURSE (2-7 pm) and/or JEFFERSON COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE (4-6 pm)

• Explain health concerns we need to be aware of to ensure the well-being of your student(s).
• Get Health Information
• Medication Consent Forms will be available

VISIT FOOD SERVICE STAFF

• Biometric scanning for new students
• (Paper) Free & Reduced Meal Applications
• Important Information on Updated Food Service policy regarding Minimum Food Account Balances, Low Balance Message, Financial Assistance, Past Due Accounts and Closed Accounts. Click here to review Policy #761.1.

HS YEARBOOK TABLE

• 2017-18 Yearbooks will be available to pick up.
• Order 2018-19 Yearbooks at reduced price of $48.00 (Registration Day Only). Price increases on Aug 9 thru Aug 31 to $50.00 and Sept 1st to $55.00. See order form for more details. Click here for a copy of the HS Yearbook Order Form to print and bring with (separate) payment to registration.
• Special information for Seniors: Must submit baby photo AND senior photo by December 21, 2018 to Mr. Benish. Click here for a requirements and guidelines for these photos.
