Holiday Parent Presentations
In an effort to celebrate diversity and inclusion in our schools, we would like to invite parents into our buildings to present about the holiday(s) that they celebrate at home during the months of December and January. The presentations will take place the week of 12/19-12/22. We are looking to get an idea of how many parents would be interested in coming into school to teach our students about the holiday that they celebrate during this holiday season. Depending on the amount of interest we receive, the presentation may be to an individual class, a grade level, or multiple grade levels at once. We are asking that you provide an engaging, age-appropriate presentation that allows students to understand the holiday you celebrate and why. You can also include an activity that the students can participate in or provide a craft that the students can complete in their classroom, if you would like.
